Founded in 2016 by LaTasha McCall, LM2 Construction & Consulting provides construction management services for commercial tenant buildouts and renovations for retail, office, churches, healthcare, multifamily, and municipal projects.

LaTasha founded LM2 with a mission to deliver a quality project to our customers on time and within budget. They are committed to building strong customer partnerships by keeping them involved throughout all construction phases. They promise to provide the highest level of service through professionalism, honesty, integrity, and exceptional workmanship.

The company promotes the team concept among its employees, subcontractors and customers on all projects and strives to build RELATIONSHIPS.

LM2 focuses its services on construction management, general contracting, construction administration, and client support.

LM2 recently moved its headquarters from Lee Summit to South Kansas City, where LaTasha grew up. The new HQ should be done in 2024, and LM2’s relocation plans also call for using the company’s expertise in multifamily and residential housing to build quality housing that will directly culminate in a positive transformation of the predominantly African American community.
