Hi-Gene’s is a full-service janitorial company providing nightly cleaning, floor work, carpet cleaning, windows, etc. They service everything from commercial businesses and warehouses to hospitals and schools.

Today, Hi-Gene’s is run by second-generation owner Gene and Sharon’s eldest daughter, Gwen Thomasson. Gwen grew up in the janitorial field, helping her dad from the time she could walk. After she raised her three children, Gwen started as Director at Hi-Gene’s in 2010. She believes in the “work hard, play hard” mentality and strives daily to build a company culture that lets people enjoy their work. Gwen loves building and maintaining relationships with clients and employees. Some of Hi-Gene’s workforce consists of generations of families.
