Casey Wright

Casey Wright moved from Topeka, KS, to Kansas City on his sophomore year's last day of high school. That fun fact, along with his degree from The University of Kansas in Psychology, is just a tiny glimpse into someone that has become a true pillar in the recruiting and business world in Kansas City.

Post-college, Casey began his career in recruiting, working at several organizations, and building a footprint and network here in the Midwest. Then, in 2018, the opportunity arose to buy into Chief of Staff KC, and Casey jumped at the chance.

Before officially joining the organization, he spent a year traveling to 38 states and five Canadian provinces with his wife and two daughters.

Today, Casey is the President and Co-Owner of Chief of Staff KC, leading an incredible organization full of dedicated and committed team members. They are taking a stale and stereotyped industry and turning it on its head. I love their approach to recruiting, as they look beyond the resume and focus on finding the right fit for both the employer and the candidate. Chief of Staff KC creates a seamless recruiting process for their clients and candidates. The industries they specialize in are Accounting, Finance, Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and Sales.

They are also dedicated to creating the best culture for their employees. For example, the entire company recently earned a free international trip as a thank-you for all their hard work in 2021.

Within the past year, Chief of Staff KC has been recognized as a Small Business Superstar by the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, Ingram's Magazine Fastest-Growing Companies, Kansas City Business Journal (KCBJ) Fast 50 list, and KCBJ’s Top Area Staffing Companies List.

Casey also actively gives back to the community and organizations that help children, sitting on the KC CAN! Kansas City Children’s Assistance Network, the executive board of directors.
