Designed by Unbakery Owner, former Filling Station Owner, and Nutritional Therapist Practitioner Robin Krause, Billie's Grocery brings mostly organic, nutrient-dense whole eats and treats to the community's ever-growing health food scene.

With California-inspired dishes and Australian-inspired cocktails and mocktails, Billie's menu offerings are made to make you feel good. So, whether you're grabbing a post work out smoothie or a six-pack (of abs), coming for a little brew with friends, or enjoying a happy hour outing with your (gluten-free) love, Billie's has something for everyone.

Billlie’s Grocery operates inside a 1920s building that once housed local cosmetics and perfume company Luzier’s, Inc. Although the pandemic caused several delays, and the building reached the National Historic Register in 2018, the restaurant, bakery, and retail space opened in the summer of 2020.

Across the hall, Billie’s Grocery also hosts hands-on cooking classes, such as Spanish Paella + Gluten Free Naan with Jamie Couch, Flavor of India with Carlos Serrano, or Gluten Free Crepes with Jamie Couch.

Billie’s Grocery is located at 3216 Gillham Plaza Suite 100, Kansas City, MO 64109. They are open Monday-Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm, and Sunday, 8 am to 3 pm.
