Mary T. Ricketts has an awe-inspiring career; initially starting in the telecommunications industry, she quickly began her climb into leadership.
After leaving telecommunications, Mary focused on the insurance and financial wellness industry, ultimately launching her own business, Wealth-ON-Purpose, in the spring of 2015.
Today Mary is the Founder & CEO of Turning Point Training & Development LLC, an energetic, skilled, dynamic team of trainers, speakers, and coaches that do what's most important to help organizations meet and exceed their goals.
They provide a conduit to business success through training, coaching, and customized employee development plans. In addition, they specialize in communication, leadership, time management, diversity and inclusion, team building, and organizational success.
