KC Common Good

KC Common Good addresses the root causes of violence to instill hope and ensure a prosperous future for every individual in the greater Kansas City region. Its mission is to create an environment where all citizens can live safely and have access to real opportunities. They are conveners and connectors, bringing together the business community, engaged citizens, community resources, and key stakeholders to make an investment in societal change for our common good. They’re intermediaries who believe that the power of many creates more change than the power of a few.

They have six collaborative programs: Working for Youth, Community Connector, Neighborhoods of Hope, Lansing Correctional Career Campus, KC 360, and Common Good Fund.
