Giving Hope & Help

Founded in 2013 by Jessica McClellan, Giving Hope & Help is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that supports domestic violence survivors, provides essential resources to end period poverty, empowers college-bound and non-traditional students, and inspires cancer patients, lifting all those we serve to live their best life.

It is their goal to meet needs and make a difference with our work to, one, support domestic violence and natural disaster survivors with product drives of sanitary napkins and tampons, provide motivational, leadership, financial seminars, and volunteerism activities to benefit survivors of domestic violence and the shelters in which they live.

Two, year-round collection of sanitary napkins and tampons for global distribution. Three, they provide financial and educational assistance to support Pre-K thru Adult College Students with their Education Is Your Passport Program-Scholarship Program. Finally, they host an annual scholarship awards banquet and award scholarships to low-income college-bound high school seniors.

Lastly, they support cancer survivors and their families with their LOVE Bags 4 Cancer Giveaway and fundraise to aid in the cure of Cancer. The bags are hand delivered to the patient’s bedside. A portion of the proceeds benefits the American Cancer Society.

On Saturday, June 24th, Giving Hope & Help will host an event to celebrate its 10th anniversary and annual Scholarship Awards Gala.

Giving Hope & Help lives its vision of providing hope and help for everyone to pursue happiness, health, wealth, and education via the avenues, fundraisers, and support the organization offers.
