Dr. Michelle Robin

Dr. Michelle Robin has been practicing chiropractic medicine for over thirty years.

She opened her first practice, Robin Chiropractic Acupuncture Center, but soon realized that people were looking for a place that supported their whole-person wellness in addition to chiropractic and acupuncture.

That led her to open Your Wellness Connection in 2001, an integrative health center where people could receive whole-person care under one roof from practitioners, including chiropractic, acupuncture, functional medicine, massage, counseling, Reiki, and more.

In 2013, she founded Small Changes Big Shifts, which focused on whole-person educational content built around a framework she calls Quadrants of Well-Being. This framework is the key to what many people have been looking for when discovering their best lives.

Dr. Michelle Robin launched the Big Shifts Foundation in 2018. This nonprofit organization supports children ages 5 to 30. The initial offering was a six-month wellness discovery program for children ages 18 to 30 that included blood work, acupuncture treatments, chiropractic adjustments, mental health support, nutritional guidance, and six 21-day self-care virtual programs aimed at correcting deficiencies and helping children feel better. Today, it continues to evolve and develop resources to help children.

Dr. Robin is also the Chief Volunteer Officer at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City, the Small Changes Big Shifts Podcast host, and an international speaker and author.

Dr. Robin has received many awards for her fantastic career, including the 2007 Chiropract of the Year by Masters Circle and Women Who Mean Business by the Kansas City Business Journal.

She was also awarded Top 25 Under 25 Small Businesses by the Kansas City Small Business Monthly, House of Menu Community Service Award, Speaking of Women’s Health Glow award, and eWomen Network Femtor Made it to a Million Award.

Dr. Robin has spent her career helping people make small changes that ultimately create the most significant shifts in their well-being. I do not doubt that her work will continue to impact the lives of many. I look forward to supporting her and her goals.
