Courtney Chapman once held a human brain in her hands; yes, this is true!

Courtney is one of the most generous and community-focused people that I know. In any interaction I have had with her, she brings tremendous positivity and joy. It is incredible to watch her drive and passion, whether in her day-to-day work or the community work she is involved with around KC. We are lucky to have someone with her level of care, work ethic, and focus on being a positive force in this city.

If you are unfamiliar with Courtney, she is the COO of Proof Positioning. PROOF is a market research company that focuses on Emotional Research. They use Emotional Research to help organizations understand what their customers and prospects are thinking and feeling so they sell and market to them more effectively. PROOF has worked with hundreds of organizations and performed over 400 market research studies for some of the most recognizable brands in KC and nationwide.

On top of her work at PROOF, Courtney is very active in the community.

She is currently the chair of Welcome House Inc.'s Swing Fore Recovery golf tournament, on the committee for the AdventHealth Championship Play It Forward matching gift program, on the golf committee for NAWBO KC, and a mentor for Driving Pursuits KC.

She also completed the Centurions Leadership Program in July of 2021. She was previously the volunteer chairperson for the KC Golf Classic and a former lead organizer at 1 Million Cups Organizer.

Courtney’s passion, drive, generosity, and work ethic will help her continue to be a force here in KC. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for her.
