Bliss Books & Wine is an independently owned bookstore for wine enthusiasts and book lovers.

La’Nesha Frazier and La'Nae Robinson’s founding mission in 2019 was to provide an environment and perfect atmosphere to indulge in fantastic wine, get lost in a great book, or engage in conversation with friends.

Like many small businesses, COVID affected their initial vision. They have been operating in a virtual environment with our online bookstore, author events, monthly book discussions, and occasional pop-up events around the KC area.

Thankfully in 2022, Bliss Books & Wine found a brick-and-mortar location. They are making significant progress, and we are all on the edge of our seats in anticipation of their grand opening.

They have been featured in Startland News, on 41 Action News KSHB, IN Kansas City Magazine, NPR, Voyage KC, O, The Oprah Magazine, and many more.

The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce recently awarded Bliss Books & Wine the 2022 Emerging Business award.

I am so excited to see La’Nesha and La’Nae's storefront come to fruition later this year and to continue their journey of bringing people together through books and wine.
