Anné Erickson
Like many KC natives, today’s leader Anné Erickson headed to KU for college after high school ended – although most of those students do not raise and sell hogs at the Johnson County Fair to put themselves through college as Anné did.
After college, she worked for two companies overseas, researching and analyzing emerging economies with a focus on market trends in sectors like real estate, construction, and finance for foreign investors. Those roles took her worldwide, including India, the Philippines, Cyprus, Costa Rica, Albania, Egypt, Thailand, South Africa, and Malaysia.
Once back in the US, Anné joined JLL, a leading commercial real estate professional service firm, in 2017 as an office broker focused on commercial real estate, specializing in office tenant representation. She is now a Vice President with JLL and has worked with clients all over the metro, including AdventHealth, OneDigital, Skyline Rooftops, and many more.
Anné is often asked to speak on commercial real estate as a thought leader in her industry, most recently at the CREW KC quarterly luncheon discussing the “State of the Office Market.”
Anné’s hard work and dedication have been recognized throughout the years. In 2020 she was named a Kansas City Business Journal NextGen Leader and recently won WIREDKC's 2021 Top Producer award.
She is also passionate about giving back to the community and is involved in several non-profit organizations around town. She is the Vice-Chair for KC CAN! Kansas City Children’s Assistance Network and works with the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women & Women of Impact.
She and nine women in KC raised over $108,000 in the 2022 Women of Impact campaign supporting the American Heart Association of KC.
Anné’s passion for her work and the community have been a driving force in her success, and I know she will continue to be a positive influence here in KC for years to come.
