Mitch Case’s company, More Than A Meal(MTAM), is kicked off the launch of the new series, Celebrating KC.

More Than a Meal started back in 2018 as a side business for Mitch, but in September 2020, he left the corporate world to run MTAM full-time.

MTAM is focused on helping business owners, human resources, and sales teams strengthen their most valued relationships through purposeful and unique gifting strategies. The meal kits are designed to help those individuals focus on what’s important during life’s most significant moments, allowing them not to stress about what is for dinner.

Businesses can send meal kits to employees, partners, or clients, and individuals can also send meal kits to loved ones.

MTAM’s most significant initiative is the rollout of its employee benefits program. The goal is to work with heads of human resources and business owners to make their meal offerings part of a company's benefits package. It can help retain current talent or attract new talent.
