Linda Endecott
Upon coming to Kansas City from the East Coast, Linda Endecott began working as a kindergarten teacher.
Since then, she has held executive positions with several non-profit organizations, for-profit companies, and universities. In addition, she is active in the community, serving as a board member and volunteer for numerous philanthropic and civic organizations.
After a successful four-year run as the Managing Director of the Executive MBA program for a university in St. Louis, Linda moved into an interim executive role with a local KC company in February 2018.
Today she serves as the Managing Director of the Executive MBA program at the Helzberg School of Management at Rockhurst University. Linda’s passion for helping emerging leaders broaden their experience, skills, and perspectives, as well as their incredible faculty, are just a few reasons why the program is highly recommended and nationally recognized.
The Rockhurst University Executive MBA program began in 1978 and was among the first 20 in the nation. Its goal is to develop ethical thought leaders who change business for the better. From the first day of the EMBA program until graduation, Helzberg Executive MBA cohort students take the same classes simultaneously, forming a robust and diverse network of Kansas City's most sought-after professionals.
The unique structure of the EMBA program ensures you'll learn as much from peers as you do from the professors while creating relationships that extend far beyond the classroom.
In one of our recent conversations, the topic of business leaders and organizations taking the attitude of “we have always done it this way” came up. This mindset is something that Linda has worked tirelessly to change over her career, whether it be through her executive roles or the consulting she has done.
Throughout her life and career, she has put immense effort into growing and developing others to give them the tools to be better professionals and the best version of themselves. Her mentorship and leadership will have a ripple effect on Kansas City for years to come. The genuine excitement she brings to meeting people is a rarity, and it is always fun to hear her talk about her incredible family.
Linda has given so much to the Kansas City community and strives to drive people forward daily. I am so thankful to know her, and I know she will continue to bring her passion to everything she does.
