When I first got a chance to meet Lauren Conaway, the first thing that stood out was her passion for her community and her genuine excitement in helping people.

Lauren is the CEO and Founder of InnovateHER KC, which focuses on uniting women leaders in KC. She and the organization have helped so many female leaders amplify the work they are doing here in KC.
