Catalyst Development
Catalyst Development is a leadership, coaching, and consulting firm specializing in individuals and organizations for leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and team building.
Its goal is to help build leadership skills for all career stages and levels, focusing on assisting people to become stronger leaders.
They do this using the Catalyst Workplace Model developed by Dr. Katie Ervin, rooted in self-determination theory.
This model shows the importance of creating a workplace environment focusing on relatedness, competence, and autonomy to improve workplace motivation and happiness.
Recently, Catalyst announced its newest initiative, L.E.A.D.E.R.s, a cutting-edge one-year leadership program. The L.E.A.D.E.R.s. program focuses on an individual’s career journey utilizing Dr. Ervin’s Career and Power Skills (CAPS) program. This program will have vertical integration from entry-level to retirement.
Participants will receive all 7 L.E.A.D.E.R.s. toolkits to guide them monthly through their skill journey. They will also receive assessments and other tools to work through skill building, including the Working Genius and Emotional Intelligence Assessments. In addition, each participant will be invited to monthly group sessions to discuss current skill work and review how they integrate with previous skills.
The initial session will kick off in January 2023 and will include session dates in March, May, July, September, and November.
Catalyst offers one-on-one coaching, team coaching, speaking engagements, and custom programs surrounding the topics of leadership, operational improvements, organizational development, interpersonal skills, relationship building, and more.
